Who We Are
The Orphaned Earring was initially created with the purpose of providing a Christmas party to an orphanage in Nicaragua. It has now evolved to a charity blog group with the purpose of helping children in Nicaragua, Santa Fe Colombia, Guatemala and Rosarito, Mexico that are temporarily living in special homes, are orphans or that have been abandoned. We provide seasonal celebrations throughout the year and currently planning on visiting other centers that house children with different needs to help them in any way we can.
We never ask for money, all we do is work hard (really hard!) to make as many bracelets as we can and sell them to raise money. The Orphaned Earring group of women know they can’t single-handedly fulfill the basic needs of so many disadvantage children, instead their vision is to provide activities, celebrations, fun times and plenty of smiles through art and music to orphanages around the world and will do so by selling one bracelet at a time.
